We loved The Grand Mayan Nuevo Vallarta. This trip we rented three additional units and invited family and friends. The staff is wonderful and treated us like royalty as on the last visit we made to the Mayan Palace last year. The service staff was very courteous and helpful in every way at Mayan Resorts.

My husband John, daughter Diane and I all agree that Mayan Resorts is the best in timeshare resorts. We have travelled to a few others and have never received the quality treatment we receive when travelling to Mayan Palace. We love the Nuevo Vallarta Resort the best and will visit as often as possible. The maids are always wonderful as were all the other staff members who served us in a nice fashion. They are polite, attentive and just plain wonderful. Service at Mayan Resorts is incomparable. We are very happy to be owners of this resort.

The people at the Kids activities Center made our trip wonderful for the last three years at Mayan Resorts. We always enjoyed our stay at the Mayan Palace Puerto Peñasco. We spend our holidays in Mexico because of the people, they are very kind and attentive and we love the Mexican traditions.

We were all quite surprised to see how it has built up and the new additions to the Mayan Resorts at Puerto Peñasco. We enjoyed the new condo and it was most comfortable for all of us. We had a good time and enjoyed just staying at the resort for the week and relaxing by the beautiful pool every day. The service was really good.

The Mayan Resorts has distinguished itself not only for its spectacular hotels, but also for their exquisite foods that can be found in each one thanks to our renowned chefs, Alexis Bostelmann, who besides delighting our clients, have also been awarded by very important gastronomic international contests. Such is the case of our Executive Chef of The Mayan Palace Riviera Maya, who recently won 4^th Gastronomic Contest of the American Meat presented by U.S Meat Export Federation, which has become a renowned international federation as guarantee of the great quality American meat has on the market.Our Executive Chef delighted the group of judges, made up by important personalities of the gastronomic medium, with a “Tagine de Ossobuco of lamb in spices of Marruecos with chili ancho and cous-cous of roasted vegetables and peppermint oil”.

The prepared dish stood out in the category of ORIGINALITY & PRESENTATION (dishes that standout for the combination of the ingredients and flavors, for their presentation and their originality by using cuts of meat from the Unites States). Hygiene was also very important during the process as well as the delivery time. Our Mayan Palace Riviera Maya`s chef won one thousand dollars, a gastronomic trip to the U.S.A, a seminary at the Culinary Institute of America (CIA), a visit to the most prestigious vineyard of the Napa Valley and a course given by the American Meat Industry in the U.S.A.
