Our visit was extremely enjoyable at the Sea Garden Nuevo Vallarta. The staff could not have been more helpful, courteous, and really made us feel welcome. The restaurants and outdoor café were staffed by energetic waiters. The food, also, was very palatable. We look forward to our next visit to the Mayan Resorts next year.

Our vacation at the Mayan Palace Puerto Peñasco was the most enjoyable experience we have ever had. The food, service, and décor at the restaurant were wonderful, an enjoyable experience every time we visited. The gym with its view to the beach made exercising a repeatable goal and a feeling of a welcome by the cleanliness of the room and equipment was great. All the staff was very professional at Mayan Resorts.

We especially appreciate the excellent maintained and beautiful grounds and facilities. We are extremely proud to bring our friends with us to see and share our timeshare. The housekeepers are all very friendly. The biggest reason we return to the Mayan Palace each year is the employees. They make our vacation very, very special. We were very pleased with the transportation provided from the Airport to the Mayan Resort. We appreciate the straight chairs that are available on the pool decks for special needs. We stayed at the Grand Mayan Palace Nuevo Vallarta. This Resort is beautiful with many activities to enjoy. The lazy river is everyone’s favorite. The restaurants are good including the snack bar. The condos are beautiful and well maintained. What also makes this Mayan Palace great is the helpful staff. We have been treated very well which adds to the enjoyment of our visit. We enjoyed the Mexican fiesta as well. A wonderful time at The Mayan Resorts.

We have been members for the past five years and this year the Mayan Palace seems to be better than ever. We enjoyed the coziness of the Mayan Palace Marina and the staff; they have made it feel like a great family. Our family only wants to join us.
